Goulven Rubin's 2012 HOPE article, "Don Patinkin's PhD Dissertation as the Prehistory of Disequilibrium Theories," has won the Edmond Malinvaud Prize for the best scientific paper in economics written by a scholar under the age of forty. The prize, which was granted by the Association Française de Science Economique, was announced this week.

The article appears in the summer 2012 issue of HOPE (vol. 44, no. 2).

Goulven is a professor of economics at the University of Lille 2 Law and Health.
