New Book by Recent Fellow Explores the Rule of Law

Nadia E. Nedzel, a 2018-19 fellow of the Center, has published with Nicholas Capaldi a new book titled The Anglo-American Conception of the Rule of Law.

The 2019 book, which was published by Palgrave Macmillan as part of its series Palgrave Studies in Classical Liberalism, analyzes the distinguishing features of the rule of law and traces its history in the classical liberal tradition of English thought. 

Nadia is a professor of law at Southern University Law Center. She is currently writing a book on the intersection of the rule of law, economic development, and corporate governance.
