Samuli Leppälä, a 2010-11 Visitor of the HOPE Center, has accepted a position with Cardiff Business School as a lecturer in economics. He will join the faculty there in August. Samuli recently completed his PhD at the Turku School of Economics in Turku, Finland. His dissertation was titled "Essays in the Economics of Knowledge."
