Conferees are expected to read the papers in advance of the conference, as the sessions will be devoted exclusively to discussion. Papers are limited to 10,000 words, including reference lists and footnotes. Please note that any tables or figures will also count against the word limit. As a rough estimate, each table or figure counts as 400 words. Figures taken from another source should ultimately be scanned at at least 300 dpi and at a width of at least 4.25 inches and submitted as a TIFF or EPS graphics file.
