Catherine Herfeld, a 2012–13 HOPE Center fellow, successfully defended her PhD dissertation in April of this year. Her dissertation was titled "The Many Faces of Rational Choice Theory" and was written wihle a student at Witten/Herdecke University (Germany).

Catherine is currently a postdoc in the Department of Philosophy at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
